Grindelia essential oil is a unique essential oil. Some seasons it’s the plant is very abundant, other not. There are a few ounces available this Summer 2023 thus far. Traditionally this plant has been used to treat asthma and respiratory conditions. The essential oil can be used diluted in oil or diffused and may support the respiratory system.
